1. Booking & Service Agreement
By booking with Huntsville Maid Service, you agree to provide accurate details regarding your home and cleaning needs. Final pricing is subject to verification and may be adjusted based on actual property condition, size, and requested services.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover lost time and staffing.
3. Payments & Fees
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and select electronic payment options. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
4. Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the home, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll "launch back" for a re-clean at no extra cost—our mission is your total satisfaction.
